Visas, letters of invitation and vouchers for foreign guests 

We cooperate with Russian Tour Travel Club Ltd., which has been accredited by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, to grant you a professional online visa support service. In order to request an invitation and a voucher for your stay, please contact our office at +7 (495) 734-9982 or e-mail us at office@hotelflat.ru.

Please take into account that we can grant invitations and vouchers only to those guests who have booked hotel apartments with us.

This service costs 2000 RUR, or 70$ USA or 55 EUR. Any form of payment is accepted, including credit card payment via our website. To learn more about the types of payment, please go to http://hotelflat.ru/vidy_oplaty/. Your payment shall be included in the invoice for the serviced apartments you have chosen.

It won’t take more than one day to prepare an invitation and a voucher. Depending on the requirements of the Russian Consulate in your country, we can as well scan and e-mail you all the documents after they are ready, fax them or express-mail you the original documents (in this case, you shall cover the express-mail cost). It is usually a scanned document or a fax sent from Russia that is required. Still, be sure to get accurate information at the consulate that shall consider your visa application.

Temporary residence permit for Russia

Citizens of foreign countries temporary staying in Russia have to obtain a residence permit, if the length of their stay is more than 7 working days including the arrival and the departure days and excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please tell our office beforehand at +7 (495) 734-9982, phone/fax (495) 797-0138, e-mail  office@hotelflat.ru or your manager when checking-in about your wish to obtain a temporary residence permit.

To obtain a registration you will need:

1. A copy of the first page of your passport containing your first and last names, date of birth, photograph, passport issue date etc.,
2. A copy of your migration card that is drawn up upon crossing the border of the Russian Federation,
3. A copy of the passport page with a visa for those countries which have visa regime with Russia (e.g., citizens of Belorussia and Ukraine do not have to obtain a visa, but have to register their stay).

You may give us the copies of documents needed for registration directly at the check-in or e-mail them at office@hotelflat.ru. The registration will take one or two days depending on the time and way of documents delivery. Please note that if you e-mail us the copies, it will speed up the process of registration. In any case, be sure that all the needed documents are applied not later than the third working day of your stay in Russia.

We assist with temporary residence registration only those guests who have booked a hotel apartment with us. The service costs 2000 RUR.
