How to pay for short-term stay in hotel apartments


You can choose between one of the following ways to pay for your furnished apartments:

1. Credit card payment via our website. All transactions are made through authorisation server of Cyberplat.com Processing Company that has all kinds of licences and patents for its activities, including VeriSign.com International Certificate. Authorisation with the server is made via SSL protocol, which guarantees the highest security. Press PAY to proceed with your payment.

Do not change the information in the Address Field.

Fill in the fields: (1) "Сумма заказа / Total(*):", (2) "Валюта / Currency(*):" – please choose the currency for your payment, (3) "Тип кредитной карты / Credit Card Type(*):" - both Visa and MasterCard are accepted,; (4) "E-mail(*):" - please give us your e-mail. (5) "Имя / First name(*):" (6) "Фамилия / Last name(*):" 

Your first and last names should be given precisely as they are on your credit card.  

When filling in the sum of payment, please state only the whole numbers. Do not use point, as well as numbers or zeros after it.

Then click the PAY button and proceed to the secure invisible server page of Cyberplat.com Processing Company, where you can complete the payment procedure.

  2. Bank transfer within Russia in the name of juridical person. Be sure to contact our office before paying either by e-mail office@hotelflat.ru or by phone +7 (495) 734-9982 to book an apartment for the dates of your stay. In reply, we will send you an agreement, an act for the services done, an invoice, as well as all details concerning your stay, such as the chosen flat’s address, phone number of the manager responsible for your move-in etc.

  3. Bank transfer within Russia in the name of natural person. Click PAY to print out the receipt. Be sure to pay it only when you get a confirmation of booking. You can book serviced apartments either by e-mail office@hotelflat.ru or by phone +7 (495) 734-9982. 

  4. Bank transfer to our foreign currency account in the name of juridical person. To have a flat booked and an invoice received, please e-mail us office@hotelflat.ru or phone us at +7 (495) 734-9982.

  5. Payment in cash to our courier or to our manager when moving-in. Be sure to contact our office either by e-mail office@hotelflat.ru or by phone +7 (495) 734-9982 to arrange about a deposit or payment for the short-term accommodation.

  6.  Other legal payment methods agreed with us.  

We grant all legal documents for payment and stay drawn up in accordance with the procedure of book-keeping and tax accounting relevant for your country of residence.
