Types of our apartments. We have one-, two- and three-room apartments for your comfortable accommodation in Moscow.
How many people can stay in one flat? Depending on the type of flat, it can accommodate one to five persons. In comparison to hotels, the amount of people staying in an apartment is more flexible and does not influence the contract price much.
Location of our serviced apartments. Locations of our flats will be convenient for you depending on the purpose of your visit. You can choose between the very centre of Moscow (Arbat Street, Tverskaya Street or Boulevard Ring), the location near the Expocentre, or any other flat within the walking distance to the Metro. We will always help you choose the closest location to your work or studies.
Amenities and furnishing. Every flat is equipped with everything making your stay comfortable, such as:
· fully equipped kitchen, fridge, water filter, electric kettle, microwave oven, dishes;
· modern bedroom suits and sitting-room furniture depending on type of flat;
· bathroom equipped with hair-drier, iron, ironing-board, disposable slippers and towels;
· free phone access, air conditioning or fans, safe, dishwashing machine, DVD-player, free unlimited Internet access, satellite television.
Where to have dinner? Our apartments are not only within walking distance to the metro station, but also close to shops and cafes/restaurants. All you have to do is to choose between cooking yourself and going out. In all our flats you will find tea, coffee, salt and sugar.
Prices for our apartments depend on their location, type, amount of guests and length of their stay.

Check-in and check-out time is 12 p.m. Moscow time.
Extra fee of 50% of a daily stay for check-ins between 7 a.m. and 12 p.m. and check-outs between 12 p.m. and 9 p.m. is charged.
If you check in before 7 a.m. or check out after 9 p.m., the whole daily price is charged.
Additional cleaning or towel and linen change costs 600 RUR.
