Services offered upon booking our furnished flats

Our services are not limited to just short-term rental accommodations. We are ready to take further care of our guests. Upon arrival one may have to bargain with taxi-drivers about the transfer price and the best route to the apartments; our foreign clients will have to register their stay in Russia; some of our guests need to have their PC connected to the Internet, or to have theatre tickets bought beforehand. We are always ready to help and assist our guests with these matters.    

TRANSFER

When staying in our serviced apartments 6 days or more, you will be granted a free transfer to or from the airport or railway station. In other cases, the airport transfer will cost you only 1400/1200 RUR (arrival/departure), and the railway station transfer will cost you 700/500 RUR (arrival/departure) between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m.; if the time of your arrival/departure is between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m., the airport transfer will cost you 1700/1400 RUR, and the railway station transfer will cost you 900/700 RUR.


 

Please notify us of any flight delays beforehand.

• The price for airport/railway station reception includes meeting of our guests at the airport or on the platform, payment for the first hour at the parking and transfer to the rented flat.

• Our driver will hold a sign board with your name and meet you at the arrival area upon you have passed the customs control area of the airport, or on the platform at the railway station.

• In case when a minivan is needed to accommodate all of our guests, or waiting time exceeds one hour, the transfer tariffs may be increased.

INTERNET ACCESS

All our apartments have unlimited wireless Wi-Fi Internet access. The traffic is not limited and it is included in the rental price. As a rule, our guests’ PC configuration allows them to connect automatically without any assistance of the Internet provider. You will just have to activate your Wi-Fi button on your notebook, choose our network among the given ones and give a password written on the backside of the modem in the apartment. Still, if you have some problems with connection, you may always call the free round-the-clock support service of the Internet provider at  925 6666 or 8(495) 925 6666, 8(495) 925 6666. You may find all the information needed for connection to the Internet in the apartments.

Though in most cases our manager or support service are enough to assist you with connection to the Internet, in some rare cases you may need to call a specialist from the service company to come and help you connect your PC. If the Internet connection problems aroused due to special configuration of your notebook rather than our equipment, you will have to cover the cost of this service that is 1000 RUR.

OFFICE EQUIPMENT AND PC

We will gladly help you to feel more comfortable in the flat you have rented, if you wish to have the apartments additionally equipped with a fax, a Xerox, a PC or a printer.

THEATRES AND CONCERTS 

If you are a theatre-goer or want to visit a concert, we may assist you with the tickets for the performance you are interested in.
