Discounts for families, weekend discounts, discounts for stays during the low season and for stays of 30 nights or more may be discussed individually. 

Check-in and check-out time is 12 p.m. Moscow time.

Extra fee of 50% of a daily stay for check-ins between 7 a.m. and 12 p.m. and check-outs between 12 p.m. and 9 p.m. is charged.

If you check in before 7 a.m. or check out after 9 p.m., the whole daily price is charged.
