Our company is not an agency, so we don’t charge extra fee for accommodation in our apartments and offer our customers only those flats that we owe or manage. That means, we sell lease contracts for our flats only, not for somebody else’s. We take responsibility for the quality of our apartments and don’t shift it to others which can happen when  booking a flat through an agency.
